Combotcha - Website project specifications and branding brief template

Specifications

At COMBOTCHA, we value smooth and well-organized projects. To ensure everything runs in the best possible conditions, here’s what we expect from your side throughout our collaboration.

Spoiler: the more responsive and prepared you are, the faster, more consistent, and higher-quality the final result will be.

1. A clear brief = a better result

Before the project begins, we’ll need as much information as possible about:
- your business
- your target audience
- your goals
- your tastes and inspirations
- your technical constraints
- your brand universe
- the content to integrate

You don’t need to have a “perfect” brief — part of our role is also to guide you.
But the more precise the information is from the start, the more we can create something that truly reflects who you are.

2. Content must be ready

Texts, photos, videos, technical access, logos, references, products, links… All elements necessary for the project must be provided within the agreed deadlines in order to avoid production delays.

A project cannot move forward without content.
Any delay in sending materials or validating elements may automatically postpone the final delivery date.

3. Centralize your feedback

To keep the project smooth and avoid contradictions:
- please group all feedback into a single message or document
- ideally, designate one main point of contact on your side
- be as specific as possible in your revision requests

Example
- ❌ “I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel right”
- ✅ “Could we try a more minimal version with a thinner typography?”

This helps us work efficiently (and deliver your project faster).

4. Revisions included

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in the quotation).
Our process is simple:
- we create
- you review
- we refine together
- then we finalize

Additional requests or major changes in direction after validation may result in extra billing.

The goal is not to limit your creativity, but to maintain a clear and healthy framework for everyone involved.

5. Approvals are important

Each validation provided by the client (by email, message, or verbally) confirms the current stage of the project.

Once a phase is approved:
- we move forward to the next step
- major revisions going backward may be subject to additional billing
- certain technical changes may impact the timeline

We therefore recommend taking the time to carefully review and double-check everything before giving final approval.

6. Respect of deadlines

We always do our best to respect the timelines agreed upon.

On your side, we need:
- quick responses
- timely approvals
- content delivered on the agreed dates

A project moves forward like a team effort: if one step is delayed, everything else shifts accordingly.

7. Transparency & communication

We prioritize simple, honest, and supportive communication.
If something worries you, feels off, or needs adjusting, please let us know as soon as possible.
The goal is to build a strong, beautiful, and effective project together — not to work in stress or misunderstanding.

Our goal

To create a brand identity, a website, or visual assets that are:
- professional
- consistent
- long-lasting
- strategic
- and, above all, aligned with who you are
When the client and the studio work hand in hand, that’s when the best projects are born.
